WEBMAIL

Thomson Reuters employees can use WebMail to read and send email; when connected in a Thomson Reuters office or via remote access.

In the office WebMail is an effective way to get access to email if you experience Outlook client issues. Outside the office WebMail is an efficient way of accessing email on low speed connections.

The WebMail address you use will depend on domain you work on and whether your email has been migrated to the ERF platform. Use the links below to access WebMail when you are connected to the Thomson Reuters network:

If you are on an IME domain (APAC, AMERS, EMEA) and your email has not been migrated:

Americas:
mail.amers.ime.reuters.com

Asia Pacific:
mail.apac.ime.reuters.com

EMEA:
mail.emea.ime.reuters.com

If your email has been migrated to the ERF platform, or you are on the TEN or TFCORP domain:

All regions:
